WNBA ROUNDUP Friday's games

Lynx 61, Mercury 59
MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota's reserves helped lead the biggest comeback in franchise history last night, with the Lynx erasing a 20-point second-half deficit. Sparked by a pair of 3-pointers apiece from Amber Jacobs and Amanda Lassiter, the Lynx stormed back after trailing 55-35 with 6 1/2 minutes remaining. Minnesota closed the game on a 26-4 run. Anna DeForge scored 25 points to lead the Mercury, who have lost three straight.
Monarchs 85, Sun 70
UNCASVILLE, Conn. -- Kara Lawson had 21 points and made all eight of her shots from the floor. Lawson's first five shots were 3-pointers, and her eight field goals were a career high. The Monarchs finished with a season-high 54 percent shooting from the floor, including 9-for-12 from behind the arc. The victory snapped the Sun's six-game winning streak, one shy of a franchise record. Hampered by back problems early in the season, Lawson was the picture of health. The favorite target of guard Ticha Penicheiro, who had 10 assists, the former Tennessee star hit from every angle and there was little Connecticut could do to stop her.
Sparks 66, Silver Stars 61
SAN ANTONIO -- Lisa Leslie had 18 points and 10 rebounds, giving the Los Angeles Sparks a season-high five-game winning streak with a 66-61 victory over the San Antonio Silver Stars. The Sparks also got 17 points from Mwadi Mabika and Tamika Whitmore added 10. Nikki Teasley had eight assists. Olympian Delisha Milton-Jones, playing with an injured right knee ligament, left the court at halftime assisted by her teammates. She was on a fast break when she fell under the basket, clutching her knee. She did not return in the second half and will travel with the Sparks to Houston where she will be re-evaluated.
