XAUSTINTOWN -- The marriage of Mandy Weaver and Cristofer Ransdell, both of 2724 Dorsel Woods Court, Miamisburg, was solemnized by the Rev. David Roberts at 2:30 p.m. June 5 at Austintown Community United Church of Christ. After a reception at St. Nicholas Byzantine Center, Youngstown, the couple left on a wedding trip to Scottsdale, Ariz. They live in Dayton.
Joe and Loralee Weaver, 5648 Norquest Blvd., are parents of the bride, and the groom's parents are David and Paula Ransdell, 730 Hampton St., Tipp City.
The bride's strapless satin gown was trimmed with vintage gold embroidery and featured a chapel train.
Black gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Wendy Blumberg, and the bridesmaids, Emily Fox and Margaret Moore.
The groom's father was best man, and groomsmen were Daniel Copeland and the bride's brother-in-law, Andrew Blumberg. Ring bearers were Joshua Corll, the bride's cousin, and Bradyn Ransdell, the groom's cousin, and ushers were Jeremy Brown and Brian Jurczyk.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's in marketing management and is attending the University of Dayton. She is a pharmaceutical sales specialist with Astro Zeneca Pharmaceuticals of Dayton. The groom, a Web multimedia programmer with BRC Marketing in Dayton, graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an associate in technology computer animation/multimedia.
