Awards, achievements
BOARDMAN -- Valerie S. D'Apolito, an Edward Jones Investment representative based in Boardman, was awarded one of the company's Achiever of the Year Awards and its A.F. McKenzie Award. The awards recognize representatives who exhibit productivity, support, loyalty and commitment.
WARREN -- Paige & amp; Byrnes Insurance was awarded the Motorists Insurance Group's Pacesetter designation, which recognizes top tier of its independent insurance agency force for professionalism and profitability. Paige & amp; Byrnes has been in business in Warren for 82 years.
POLAND -- Jeff McCreery and Richard P. Sacui, both of the Brennan Financial Group in Poland, have been recognized by New England Financial.
McCreery, district manager of the group, was named to the company's Management Associates Hall of Fame. He recently attained the chartered financial consultant designation and was appointed to the company's Managing Associates Advisory Committee. A Poland resident, McCreery has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and joined Brennan Financial Group in 2000.
Sacui, also of Poland, earned a New England Life Star Producer Award and its Leaders designation. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mount Union College and joined the Brennan group in 2001.
