Walter Peason, 22, Falls Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated trafficking in cocaine with a forfeiture specification.Dwaun J. Wright, 18, West Evergreen Avenue, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons and having weapons while under disability.
Dominic De Frank, 32, Second Street, Youngstown; carrying concealed weapons and having weapons while under disability.
Samir Abdullah, 23, West Florida Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine with a firearm specification, trafficking in marijuana with a firearm specification, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons while under disability.
Willie Hunt, 18, Oxford Street, Campbell; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons while under disability.
Matthew Johnson, 23, Orrin Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Donavan Miller, 18, Falls Avenue, Youngstown; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance.
Ralph J. Pieren, 47, Chestnut Street, Leetonia; driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Kimberly K. Dorbish, 19, Carter Circle, Youngstown; six counts of forgery.
Latasha N. Riley, 31, Judson Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property and forgery.
Charlie Carlisle III, 25, Atlanta Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Jerry Freeman, 51, Ohio Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Nichele Morris, 42, East Florida Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Darell L. Perez, also known as D Money, 18, Park Heights Avenue, Youngstown; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Robert T. Armstrong, 21, Atkinson Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, carrying concealed weapons and possession of cocaine with a firearm specification.
Justin L. Walworth, 18, Rosalyn Drive, Mineral Ridge; two counts of trafficking in marijuana.
Dino Socciarelli, 24, South West Alesio Lane, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer and four counts of vehicular assault.
Timothy S. Poore, 34, Mayfield Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Ruth Ann Garano, 58, Sharon-Hogue Road, Masury; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Devon Sharper, 23, Idora Avenue, Youngstown; assault and carrying concealed weapons.
A secret indictment was handed down for trafficking in cocaine.
