Miss Markulin, Mr. Widener to wed in August

XThe engagement of Rebecca L. Markulin, a daughter of Richard J. and Teresa L. Markulin, 4232 Pleasant Valley Lane, Canfield, and Jay C. Widener, a son of Clyde L. and Kathleen A. Widener, 8405 Stoney Creek Drive, Boardman, is announced by the couple's parents.
The bride-elect graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration in operations management. She is a sales assistant with Butler Wick & amp; Co. Inc., Howland.
Her fiance, a sales representative with U.S. Nutrition Inc., Ronkonkoma, N.Y., graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
The couple will extend invitations for their August wedding at St. Michael Church in Canfield. An evening reception will also be held by invitation at the Byzantine Center at the Grove in Youngstown.
