DISTRICT 6650 Rotary Clubs offers exchange program to 4



Most costs are covered; participants pay only for their personal expenses.
YOUNGSTOWN -- Rotary Clubs in District 6650 is seeking four outstanding, Northeast Ohio professionals to visit the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic as part of The Rotary Foundation's Group Study Exchange program.
Participants will visit the European countries from May 10 through June 7, 2005. The Rotary Foundation provides a round-trip air ticket, and local Rotarians in the host country provide meals, lodgings, and group travel in their district. Team members pay for personal and incidental expenses.
What it includes
Through the program, teams of professionals exchange visits between paired areas in different countries, sharing knowledge of their own country and experiencing the customs, vocations, and lifestyles of another.
While abroad, team members stay in Rotarians' homes, have the opportunity to meet their professional counterparts and give presentations to Rotary clubs and other groups about their home countries.
Applicants should be employed full-time in a recognized business or profession and must live or be employed within the Rotary District 6650 area of Northeast Ohio.
