She was born Feb. 7, 1916 in Liepaja, Latvia, a daughter of Peteris and Natalija Andrejanovs. & lt;BR & gt;
She is survived by two sons, Elmars Zegelnieks of Vienna and Eriks Lusins of Baton Rouge, La.; five grandchildren, Kimberly Garrett of Virginia, Lori Zegelnieks of Akron, Tracie Fellows of Youngstown and Ian and Agnese Lusins, both of Baton Rouge; a stepgrandson, Pastor Joe Cappitte of Youngstown; a great-grandchild, Tyler Garrett; a stepgreat-grandchild, Julia Cappitte; and three sisters and a brother in Latvia. & lt;BR & gt;
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Teodors Zegelnieks; her second husband, Ernests Lusins; and a grandson, Brian Zegelnieks. & lt;BR & gt;
