Dustin H. Leppert, 18, Grove Drive, Cortland, aggravated menacing.
Christopher E. Monroe, 19, Southern Boulevard, Warren, felonious assault and criminal trespass.
Adam P. Mastrandrea, 19, Wyoming Street, Pittsburgh, Pa., possession of marijuana.
Emilo Mastrandrea, 44, N. Jamestown Road, Moon Township, Pa., possession of marijuana.
William C. Kaster, 18, Ridge Road, Cortland, possession of cocaine.
Michael A. Brickner, 23, Atlantic Street, Warren, arson, criminal mischief, illegal possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence.
Danielle R. Zimomra, 19, of East Franklin Street, Newton Falls, 12 counts of grand theft.
Frederick Manson, 50, Milton Street S.E., Warren, possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence.
DALE B. CANTRELL, 31, Rebecca Street, Masury, breaking and entering and petty theft.
Joseph R. Goetz, 25, Atlantic Street N.E., Warren, failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer.
Scott A. Walton, 19, state Route 305, Cortland, criminal damaging.
Karen M. Ellsworth, 28, Timbercreek Apartments, Niles, burglary and theft.
Wende L. Thurman, 34, Timbercreek Apartments, Niles, receiving stolen property.
James L. Davis, 20, Oregon Avenue N.W., Warren, aggravated burglary, felonious assault, disrupting public services and assault.
O'Brian L. Beaver, 18, Maryland N.E., Warren, robbery.
Delmar L. Willimas, 19, Tod Avenue S.W., Warren, robbery.
Asia Bradley, 18, Southwest Blvd., Warren, robbery.
Molly E. Hibbard, 20, Smith Street, Niles, breaking and entering and receiving stolen property.
Michael G. Rager, 27, Trumbull Drive, Girard, illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit area and using weapons while intoxicated.
David L. Nelson, 22, Chrysann, Girard, theft and misuse of credit cards.
Eric M. Bush, 24, Youll Street, Niles, breaking and entering and criminal damaging or endangering.
George Johnson Jr., 26, Burton Street, Warren, four counts of rape and one count each of kidnapping and intimidation of a witness.
