Baxter, 34, Eastwood Drive, Hubbard; heroin possession.Timothy Allen Esposito, 30, Roxbury Avenue, Youngstown; breaking and entering.Kevin Mansky, 25, Elm Street, Struthers; breaking and entering.
Raoul Elliot, 35, Martin Luther King Boulevard, Youngstown; violating a protection order.
James Simmons, 20, West Philadelphia Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of receiving stolen property.
Joseph McClendon, 29, Ferndale Avenue, Youngstown; cocaine possession.
Christopher Howard, 42, Greenwood Street, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Marcus L. Bush, 29, West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; four counts each of forgery and receiving stolen property.
Jay A. Brannon, 30, Atwater, Ohio; burglary, theft.
Larry R. Moore, 21, McGuffey Road, Youngstown; trafficking in marijuana.
