Scott D. Wallen, 45, Salineville Road, Salineville; assault.
Ronald W. Ponsart, 44, West Main Street., Washingtonville; failure to comply with the signal or order of a police officer, two counts of assault.
Timothy M. Wamsley, 39, West Eighth Street., East Liverpool; aggravated burglary.
Troy M. Emmert, 35, College Street, East Liverpool; burglary
Dennis A. Brewer, 43, Fourth Avenue, Aliquippa, Pa.; burglary
John A. Humphrey, 34, 120 W. 4th St., East Liverpool; receiving stolen property
