The 17th annual Youngstown Professional Firefighters retirement and awards dinner will be at 7 p.m. Saturday at the ITAM Veterans' Centre, 115 S. Meridian Road. Speaker is Kevin Watts, president, Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters.
