XVilla Maria PA-EverGreen is presenting a program, "One-Stroke Painting: Wreaths and Dried Flowers," to be taught by Amy Isaac, art teacher, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 21 at Villa Maria Community Center, Villa Maria, Pa. DINNER-DANCES
XSts. Peter & amp; Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1025 N. Belle Vista Ave., Youngstown, will sponsor a "Malanka" dinner dance, "New Year's Eve in the Ukraine," Saturday. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and an ethnic food buffet will be served from 6:30 to 8:30 with dancing from 8 to 12:30. There also will be a cash bar, noisemakers and a champagne toast at midnight. FREE MEALS
XGibson Heights Second Presbyterian Church, 755 E. Dewey Ave., Youngstown, will serve free meals to those in need or senior citizens of the community from 1 to 3 p.m. the last Wednesday of each month.
NIGHT AT THE RACES
XSts. Mary and Joseph School in Newton Falls will sponsor a night at the races Saturday at St. Mary Social Hall, 120 Maple Drive, Newton Falls. Doors open at 6 p.m. and post time is 7.
