Carissa Plate, Thomas Wilcox are engaged

XNEW WATERFORD -- Leonard and Rondala Plate, 3575 Spruce St., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Carissa Plate of the same address, to Thomas Wilcox, son of Richard and Rosemarie Wilcox, all of 4660 Unity Line Road.
The couple will be married in June at Lake Mount Church of Christ, and a reception will be held at The Georgetown in Boardman. Invitations will be extended for both events.
Miss Plate will graduate in May with a degree in secondary integrated language arts education from Youngstown State University. She is the cheerleading coach for varsity football and freshman basketball at Crestview High School in Columbiana.
The prospective groom holds an associate degree in drafting and design technology from ITT Technical Institute in Youngstown. He is a drafter-laborer at Converse All Steel in Canfield.
