Family members host anniversary party for Verzillis

XCANFIELD -- The 50th wedding anniversary of the Rev. and Mrs. David N. Verzilli, 10-1 Montgomery Drive, was celebrated Jan. 5 at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana.
Hosts for the gathering were the couple's daughter, Deborah Cook of Canfield; son and daughter-in-law, David and Deborah Verzilli of Austintown; and their three grandsons.
The former Kathleen Denlinger and the Rev. Mr. Verzilli were married Jan. 2, 1954, at Parkersburg Presbyterian Church in Parkersburg, Pa.
Mr. Verzilli was employed by the Kathryn Kuhlman Foundation for 22 years, and in 1983 he established Emmanuel Ministries at 6512 Kirk Road, Austintown.
His wife is a pianist and has traveled with her husband in evangelistic ministry.
