XAUSTINTOWN -- The marriage of Erin Pogany and David Riebe, both of 1248 Ridge Drive, South Charleston, W.Va., was solemnized by the Rev. Condie Watters at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at Wickliffe Presbyterian Church.
A reception was held afterward at the Maronite Center, Youngstown, for the daughter of James and Georgia Pogany, 5123 Sterling St., and the son of George and Joann Riebe, 3139 Sunnybrooke Drive, Youngstown.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Denver and live in South Charleston.
The bride's satin A-line gown and chapel-length chiffon duster were enhanced with sequins and bugle beads.
Navy gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Elizabeth Nohra of Liberty, and the bride's sisters and bridesmaids, Karen Naples of Canfield and Amy Tibolla of Austintown. Flower girl was Gabriella Cera of Canfield.
The duties of best man were performed by David Ohl of Austintown, and serving as groomsmen were Robert Zikovich of Sharpsville, Pa., the groom's cousin, and Jason Pogany of Austintown, a brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Jordan Cera of Canfield.
The bride, an architectural historian with West Virginia Division of Culture and History in Charleston, W.Va., holds a master's degree in history from Youngstown State University.
The groom graduated from YSU with a bachelor's degree in communications and is a parking-system supervisor with the city of Charleston.
