MARIJUANA FARM SITE: This warehouse, at the corner of Marshall Street and West Avenue in downtown Youngstown, has been the site of a marijuana-growing operation. The Drug Enforcement Administration task force has been on the scene for days cataloging its contents. Records show the owner of the building is Joseph Pedaline of Youngstown.
