Scouting report: The Penguins are on a two-game losing streak after last week's losses at Wright State 81-61 and at Bowling Green 76-64 in the Bracket Buster event. YSU can finish no better than seventh in the standings and faces a road game in the tournament opening round. This is the final regular season road game for the Penguins, who are 1-12 on the road this year. Butler still has an outside shot of getting the No. 5 seed in the postseason tournament, but will need some help from Detroit, who holds a one-game lead. Butler is coming off a 64-63 overtime win over Ohio University in the Bracket Buster event. The Bulldogs have won five of their last six games.
Series: The Penguins are 1-5 all-time against Butler and have never beaten the Bulldogs since joining the Horizon League. In the first meeting this season, the Bulldogs nipped the Penguins 67-66 in overtime at Beeghly Center.
Radio: WNIO-AM (1390).
