NEW YORK (AP) -- Burberry's chief executive outranked Vogue editor Anna Wintour and fashion designer Donna Karan to top this year's "power list" of women in fashion in the spring issue of Time Style & amp; Design.
Rose Marie Bravo, who has helmed Burberry for seven years, is credited with turning the 148-year-old company's signature plaid into a style icon used on everything from umbrellas to stilettos to ball gowns.

UFashion designer Miuccia Prada, the creative vision behind the Prada label.
UWintour, who has championed young designers as well as philanthropic causes as editor of Vogue.
UActresses Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, whose line of clothes at Wal-Mart is the fastest-selling among American "tweens" and teens.
UAngela Ahrendts, executive vice president at Liz Claiborne Inc. who runs 32 of the company's brands, including Juicy Couture, Kenneth Cole New York, Mexx and Dana Buchman.
UDelphine Arnault, who is seen as a possible successor to her father, LVMH chairman Bernard Arnault.
UKaran, whose fashion empire's fortunes have bounced back after a lull in the late 1990s.
