CINCINNATI -- Field Williams scored 18 points, including a fadeaway jumper that set up overtime, and No. 17 Cincinnati rallied for a 66-61 victory over No. 10 Louisville on Saturday.
Tony Bobbitt made a 3-pointer and two clinching free throws in overtime as the Bearcats (18-5, 9-3 Conference USA) made amends for one of their worst losses in coach Bob Huggins' 15 seasons.
Louisville (17-6, 7-5) drubbed the Bearcats by 27 points on Jan. 21, matching their worst loss under Huggins. Both teams have struggled since, with Louisville losing five of its last six overall.
Francisco Garcia scored a career-high 27 points for Louisville.
Cincinnati led by as many as eight points in the second half, but needed a fadeaway jumper from Williams to send it to overtime.
The lead changed hands three times in overtime. Bobbitt's 3-pointer and Eric Hicks' driving layup gave the Bearcats a 64-60 lead with 56 seconds to go. Bobbitt made two free throws with 24 seconds left to clinch it.

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. -- Julius Page and Chevon Troutman each scored 15 points and Pittsburgh survived a late rally by West Virginia.
Carl Krauser added 13 points and Chris Taft scored 10 for Pittsburgh (24-2, 10-2 Big East).
Tyrone Sally had 17 points for West Virginia (14-9, 6-6), while Joe Herber had 14 rebounds.
No. 1 Stanford 73, UCLA 60
LOS ANGELES -- Rob Little scored 18 points to lead Stanford to its school-record 23rd consecutive win.
Nick Robinson added 15 points for Stanford and Lottich had 14 points, hitting all four of his 3-pointers. Josh Childress, who had a career-high 36 points against USC two days earlier, also had 14 points.
Dijon Thompson had 17 points for the Bruins (11-12, 7-8), who have lost nine of their last 11.

PHILADELPHIA -- Delonte West scored 20 points and Jameer Nelson had 18 for the Hawks (24-0, 13-0 Atlantic 10).
David Hawkins, who ranked third nationally with a 24.3 scoring average and had scored at least 20 points in 17 straight games, had 13 points on 5-for-21 shooting for the Owls (12-11, 6-6).

STARKVILLE, Miss. -- Kennedy Winston scored a career-high 31 points as Alabama snapped the Bulldogs' eight-game winning streak.

TULSA, Okla. -- Tony Skinner was 4-for-5 from 3-point range and scored 12 points to lead Gonzaga to its 16th straight victory.
Ronny Turiaf and Adam Morrison each had 13 points for the Bulldogs (23-2). Anthony Price and Jarius Glenn each had 13 points for the Golden Hurricane (7-17).

STILLWATER, Okla. -- Joey Graham scored a career-high 36 points and Oklahoma State (21-2, 11-1 Big 12) made seven of eight free throws in overtime.
Andrew Drevo led Nebraska (14-9, 4-8) with 21 points, and Nate Johnson had 18.
