WHAT'S AVAILABLE: The recycling program, funded by a grant from UPMC Horizon Foundation, accepts wheelchairs, walkers and other medical equipment, which are cleaned and refurbished. The equipment is then given to residents who don't have the financial resources or insurance to buy new equipment.
