SOUP FOR YOU: Rusty Smith, owner of Isaly's on South Market Street in New Wilmington, Pa., pours his homemade soup for a customer. The restaurant/ice cream parlor has been in the same location for 80 years and still carries some of the original Isaly's items on its menu.
