Mongillo's 17 points lead Walsh to win

NORTH CANTON -- Emily Mongillo scored 17 points Thursday to lead Walsh University over Mt. Vernon Nazarene 70-54 in a women's college basketball game.
Erin Keldsen and Jessy Fye added 11 points each for the Cavaliers (20-9, 9-8 American Mideast Conference North) and Beth Sternberg had 10.
Susan Adams had 17 points to lead Mt. Vernon Nazarene (7-21, 2-15).
Men
NORTH CANTON -- Jeremy Renner scored 18 points to lead Ohio Dominican past Walsh, 85-56.
Haze Massey added 16 points, while Micah Stith and Mike Fiebig scored 14 each for Ohio Dominican (16-15, 10-7 AMC North).
Adam Lesch scored 12 points and Matt Parker had 10 for Walsh (11-19, 5-13).
Daemen 87, Malone 72
AMHERST, N.Y. -- Kharmen Wingard scored 28 points to lead Daemen (20-9, 10-3 AMC North).
Jason Hess had 23 points and 15 rebounds for Malone (16-13, 8-10), while Seth Coblentz had 17 points and Chris Miller 15.
