Little prom princesses get to dance with dads

Dobbins Elementary School in Poland was the venue for a father-daughter prom with the theme Gazing at the Stars. Above, prom dad John Berndt, at left, shares a slow dance with his daughter Katie, 6. Hannah Aponte, 9, at right, peeks into the cafeteria, where the prom was taking place Thursday, before having a portrait made of her with her dad.
