BEER WARS: Jon Troegner of Troegs Beer in Harrisburg, Pa., said his company is taking advantage of a tax credit for smaller breweries in the state. His brewery will buy three new fermentation tanks as it expands its operation. But not all are pleased. Miller Brewing Co. claims the tax break puts them at an unfair disadvantage, and is threatening legal action.
