Music teachers set recital at art gallery

YOUNGSTOWN -- The Youngstown Music Teacher's Association will present students in a free public recital at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at The Butler Institute of American Art.
Performing will be Dominic DeLaurentis, Myranda D'Apolito, Jia-Kai Zhang, Dena Tufaro, Kristi Yazvac, Mae LaPresta, Kirsten Midgley, Alex Chang, Kasey Knopp, Katie and Randi Yazvac, Tiffany McMillan, Leslie Cusano, and Timothy Lee.
The students will represent the following teachers: Sister M. Germaine Staron, Frank Tarantino, Dorothy Schwers, Joan Vandersall, Joan Heiderich, Lisa Czifra and Diane Yazvac, who is chairman for the event.
