YOUNGSTOWN -- William D. Bennett and Gennaro F. Ricciardi, both certified public accountants at Packer Thomas, have earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner. The certification is awarded by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners to professionals who meet character, experience and education requirements. Successful applicants must also pass an examination assessing their knowledge in financial transactions, legal elements of fraud, criminology and ethics and fraud investigation.
