CORTLAND -- Keystone Rehabilitation Systems has named physical therapist Tracy R. Robison facility director of its outpatient physical therapy center on Windsor Drive in Cortland. A Vienna native, Robison has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from The Ohio State University and has nine years of physical therapy experience, including four years of clinical management experience in Pennsylvania and the Phoenix area.

CAMPBELL -- Randall C. Spak, a Campbell native, has been named president and chief executive of Lane Furniture Industries, a subsidiary of Furniture Brands International based in St. Louis, Mo. Spak has been executive vice president of sales and marketing for Lane since 2000.
He began his furniture career in retail at Scarsella Furniture in Youngstown after graduating from Youngstown State University in 1976. He worked for several other furniture companies before joining Lane in 1986 and currently lives in Tupelo, Miss.
MARKETING
AUSTINTOWN -- John Kerezy has been named corporate marketing director of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Services Inc. Kerezy comes to Shepherd of the Valley with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and public relations. He has served as director of public affairs and marketing for Lakewood Hospital in Ohio and for Humana Hospital in Alaska, and has provided communications consulting services to the Visiting Nurse Association of Cleveland and Rehab Professionals of Cleveland.
Kerezy is a graduate of Wabash College in Indiana and holds a master's degree in journalism from The Ohio State University.

YOUNGSTOWN -- Patterson Buckeye, a restaurant industry vendor specializing in coffee, tea and beverage mixes, has added Karen Renner to its staff as a sales and delivery associate serving customers in Columbiana, Stark and Portage counties. Renner has a career background in sales.
