David Killion, an independent contractor for Mobile Productions Inc., points to the top of a 19-foot-tall, 22-foot-wide sphere called the Earth Dome at H.C. Mines Elementary School, Howland. Two classes at Mines Elementary visited the dome Wednesday for a geography lesson. Featured in the demonstration was a look from inside the inflatable sphere, which gave a realistic representation of our planet.
