He also scored 14 points off the bench in a loss to Illinois-Chicago. In the two games, Underwood was 12-for-22 from the field, including 10-of-15 on 3-pointers, and was 6-for-7 at the foul line.
Did Clarett hire agent?
Maurice Clarett has reportedly hired an agent, ending any possibility that the running back would return to college next season. Clarett's attorney, Alan Milstein, said Monday that Clarett was working with an agent in preparation for this week's NFL combine in Indianapolis, a move that would make him ineligible under NCAA rules. Milstein would not identify the agent. However, a report in a Stark County newspaper today quoted Clarett's cousin, former Cardinal Mooney High standout and NFL alumnus Vince Marrow, as saying, "Maurice has not hired an agent."
What's next for Daly?
John Daly always seems to show up when no one expects him. Daly resurrected his career again Sunday in the Buick Invitational, winning a full-field tournament on U.S. soil for the first time in 10 years and capturing his first PGA Tour event since the 1995 British Open. Even harder to predict is where he goes from here. C5.
