CANFIELD CITY
Feb. 10
Falsification, drugs: A 23-year-old Canfield woman was arrested after a traffic stop on a drug abuse charge. She gave police a different name saying she had lost her license. Her license, which is under suspension, was found in her vehicle when police talked to her male passenger. Police also found a small bag of suspected marijuana in her car.
Feb. 13
Arrest: A 46-year-old Canfield man was arrested on a felony warrant from the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's office after police were called when a neighbor saw him and a woman moving items out of a Talsman Drive address.
Theft: Several items were taken from Central Facilities, 519 N. Broad St., including trimmers, a snow thrower, a cable grinder and a ridge miter saw.
AUSTINTOWN
Feb. 9
Theft: A theft was reported at a residence in the 200 block of Idaho Road.
Property damage: A pole barn was damaged at the Austintown Police Department.
Theft: A wallet containing $40 was stolen at Save-A-Step, 4825 Mahoning Ave.
Feb. 10
Theft: License plates were stolen from a car at Woodhurst Drive and Idaho Road.
Feb. 11
Theft: Vicodin was stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Westchester Drive.
Theft from auto: A rear spoiler was stolen from Vintage Auto, 4375 Mahoning Ave.
Thefts: The bed cab lock to a truck was broken and a toolbox taken at Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Drive. Someone also broke into a pop machine at the motel.
Criminal trespassing: A 41-year-old man was issued a summons for trespassing at McQuaid's, 702 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: A purse was taken at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.
Burglary: The rear door was kicked open and a residence ransacked in the 600 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Feb. 12
Theft from auto: A window was broken on a vehicle at Ruby Tuesday's, 5555 Mahoning Ave.
Theft from auto: A window was broken and tools were taken from a vehicle at Phoenix House, 850 N. Meridian Road.
Criminal mischief: Someone shot paint balls at a residence in the 400 block of North Warwick Drive.
Burglary: A door was kicked in at a residence in the 200 block of North Roanoke Avenue but it is unknown if any property is missing.
Theft from auto: A lock was broken on a door and a compact disc was taken at TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.
Feb. 13
Theft from auto: Hubcaps were stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Compass West apartments.
Theft from auto: Numerous items were stolen from Cerni International, 1050 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Criminal damaging: Paint damage to a vehicle was reported in the 1700 block of South Raccoon Road.
Feb. 14
Theft from auto: A CD player, amplifier and speakers were taken from a vehicle in the 1000 block of South Raccoon Road.
Burglary: A safe containing $400 was taken from the 6000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Drug offense: A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 3000 block of New Road.
Breaking and entering: A door was forced open at ProCision, 3700 Oakwood Ave. and a plasma cutting system stolen but recovered outside.
