* The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and Cuyahoga Community College Center for Arts and Culture will present an evening with Dan and Warren Zanes at 7 p.m. Feb. 28 at the rock hall, Cleveland. * Plan to be in the neighborhood for a special treat -- "The Music of Fred Rogers" as performed March 27 by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh. PNC and Eat'n Park have teamed up to present the concert showcasing Rogers' talent as a composer. Proceeds benefit the symphony's artistic, education and community outreach programs. * Go "Inside the 2004 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Class" with Howard Kramer, the museum's director of curatorial affairs, at 7:15 p.m. March 24. Tickets, which are $8 for nonmembers and $5 for members, include light refreshments to be served at 6:30 p.m. Kramer will show rare film of the inductees. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is at 1 Key Plaza in Cleveland.
