CLARKS MILLS Cops suspect shots fired at truck are tied to 2 arrested teenagers

MERCER, Pa. -- Pennsylvania State Police said they suspect a pickup truck hit by gunfire was the target of two teens arrested after shots were fired at other vehicles in the Clarks Mills area last week.
Police said they were contacted by Ronald Gravatt, who said that between Feb. 2 and 10, someone shot the passenger side taillight of his pickup truck while his wife and 7-year-old daughter were in the vehicle.
Gravatt said the shooting occurred along Pa. Route 358 near Airport Road.
Connection suspected
Police said there is a strong possibility that this case is connected to the shootings Feb. 6 and 7 at that same location.
A minivan and a car were also hit in the rear Feb. 7, and on Thursday, police arrested Timothy R. Lackey, 19, of Hadley Road, Clarks Mills, in those shootings.
A 15-year-old boy was also arrested, police said.
Lackey and the juvenile are accused of shooting a .22 rifle at the rear of vehicles that drove past a house Lackey was renting along Route 358 at Airport Road.
Police said Lackey, a senior at Commodore Perry High School, admitted firing shots at passing vehicles from a window in his home.
He was charged with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and propulsion of a missile into a vehicle and remained in Mercer County Jail this morning in lieu of $15,000 bond.
