HORIZON LEAGUE Illinois-Chicago defeats Cleveland State for sixth straight triumph

CLEVELAND -- Cedrick Banks and Aaron Carr each scored 13 points, leading Illinois-Chicago to a sixth straight win, 67-56 Saturday over Cleveland State.
Jermaine Robinson scored 25 points and Omari Westley added 15 for the Vikings, who lost their 19th straight.
The Flames (18-7, 9-4 Horizon League) led 39-24 at halftime and 49-32 with 12:20 left before the Vikings (4-21, 0-14) rallied.
Victor Morris made a layup with five minutes left to cut Illinois-Chicago's lead to 56-50, but Cleveland State could get no closer.
Wright St. 66, Ind.-Pur.-Ft. Wayne 64
DAYTON -- Vernard Hollins had 18 points, nine rebounds and made the go-ahead free throws with 37 seconds remaining, helping Wright State beat Indiana-Purdue-Fort Wayne.
Drew Burleson added 13 points and Seth Doliboa and Zakee Boyd each scored 12 for the Raiders (13-11), who overcame a six-point deficit over the final 6:22.
Detroit Mercy 54, Butler 48
DETROIT -- Ryvon Coville had a career-high 19 points and six rebounds to lead Detroit Mercy to a win over Butler.
Rulon Harris hit all four of his free-throw attempts in the last 24 seconds to help Detroit (13-10, 7-6 Horizon League) secure its fourth consecutive win.
Harris had seven points and had six assists in the game.
Wis.-Green Bay 80, Loyola of Chicago 73
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Mike King hit a 3-pointer to force overtime, then made another to open the extra period, leading Wisconsin-Green Bay to a victory over Loyola of Chicago.
King's dunk with 27.9 seconds left in overtime capped the comeback win for the Phoenix.
