TECHNOLOGY
CANFIELD -- NEO3, a computer technology solutions provider, has added three new team members and made some management team changes.
Walt Duzzny Jr. and Mark Cooley have joined the company as account executives. Duzzny will concentrate on providing software solutions to the construction, manufacturing and distribution markets, while Cooley will focus on the retail and beverage markets.
Maria Donatelli has returned to the company as a business software consultant. Jim Rosenberg has been appointed vice president of sales and marketing, Pat Whitaker is vice president of operations and Brett Lyder is vice president of technology.
LAW
YOUNGSTOWN -- Matthew D. Gurbach has joined the staff of Harrington, Hoppe & amp; Mitchell, a regional law firm, as an associate attorney based in Youngstown. Gurbach graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and has a bachelor's degree from Youngstown State University. A Fairview Park resident, he concentrates his practice in general litigation.
BANKING
YOUNGSTOWN -- Bank One has promoted Kevin Nesbitt to senior vice president and market manager, overseeing all of its consumer banking activities in northern Ohio, including Youngstown. Nesbitt joined the bank in 1995, coming from National City Bank, and held positions in the Cincinnati and Columbus areas. He has a bachelor's degree in finance and banking from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Ga.
CORNERSBURG -- Sky Financial Group has appointed James Wilson assistant vice president at its Cornersburg Financial Center. Wilson had been financial center manager for Sky's North Lima office. A New Middletown resident, he has a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in management, both from Youngstown State University.
ENGINEERING
BOARDMAN -- Bob Coury, formerly of Boardman, has joined Perry Baromedical Corp. in West Palm Beach, Fla. as a mechanical engineer. The company manufactures hyperbaric oxygen therapy systems. Coury previously held engineering positions at Solectron Corporation in West Palm Beach, and locally at Bliss Technologies and Roman-Bradford/Compco Industries. He is a graduate of Ursuline High School, and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering technology from Youngstown State University. He lives In Jupiter, Fla.
UTILITIES
SHARON, Pa. -- Aqua Pennsylvania, formerly Consumers Pennsylvania Water Co., has appointed Dan Long as customer service manager of its Mercer and Lawrence County operations and Larry Wehr as instrumentation technician.
Long, a 22-year company veteran, is in charge of customer service in the Pennsylvania and Struthers divisions, where he has been managing the customer service and central cash collection center since 1995. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and holds an Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Class III Water Operators license.
Wehr has been with the company for 18 years and until recently served as water resource manager for its boating and fishing operations. He has a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and serves as a Beaver Township trustee.
Doug Brown, local customer service manager since 1984, has accepted the position of customer service manager at the company's Lake and Ashtabula County operations.
