XBOARDMAN -- Joan E. Leonard and Ronald E. Rhodes were married at 5 p.m. Feb. 5 during a civil ceremony in the courtroom of Judge Joseph M. Houser, who officiated.
The bride is a daughter of Frances Leonard of Youngstown and the late John Leonard Jr.
Mr. Rhodes is a son of the late Barbara and George Hall, who had lived in Youngstown.
The bride wore a two-piece, long-sleeved ivory ensemble. It was embroidered with floral accents and trimmed with pearl buttons. She also wore an ivory silk floral headband made by her sister, Linda Beshero.
Sherri Calvin of Youngstown was maid of honor. She wore a navy-blue ensemble.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's twin brother, Donald Rhodes of Youngstown.
Mrs. Rhodes is employed at Graef Window Technologies in Youngstown.
Her husband is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and works for Jemera Inc.
