Mahoning County
A Boardman man accused of stabbing his wife to death last week was indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury.
Joseph P. Nazarini, 55, of Oakley Avenue, is charged with one count of aggravated murder, for which he could be sentenced to life in prison, if convicted.
Police say Nazarini stabbed his wife, Denise, around 8 a.m. Feb. 5, then sat with the body all day before calling police to surrender the next morning. The body was found in a bedroom. She had suffered multiple stab wounds.
