HORIZON Twyman leads Detroit past Wright State

DAYTON (AP) -- Jimmy Twyman scored 22 points to lead Detroit to a 74-60 win over Wright State on Wednesday night in a Horizon League basketball game.
James Thues added 12 and Ben Green had 10 for the Titans (12-10, 6-6).
Vernard Hollins scored 22 for Wright State (12-11, 9-4). Alex Koch had 11 and DaShaun Wood 10.
Detroit finished the first half with a 9-2 run on two baskets each by Green and Thues to take a 34-28 lead.
Detroit took a six-point lead on a 3-pointer by Twyman midway through the first half. The Raiders tied it at 25 and went up by one on a pair of free throws by Seth Doliboa before the run led by Green and Thues.
Detroit started the second half with a 3-pointer by Twymn, who was 6-of-10 on 3-pointers, and maintained a double-digit lead most of the second half.
