FRIDAY
XAmerican Legion Post 560, 103 Twelfth St., Campbell, will sponsor a fish and shrimp fry from noon to 6 p.m. at the post home. The menu will feature fresh ocean perch or shrimp, macaroni and cheese or french fries, coleslaw, bread and coffee. Dining-room or takeout service will be available. The cost is $6 for adults.
XArchangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church will sponsor a Greek festival from 3 to 10 p.m. Friday, and from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at its community center, 401 Twelfth St., Campbell. Fish dinners will be served Friday, with roast lamb on Saturday and roast lamb and chicken on Sunday.

XHoly Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church will serve fish dinners from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church hall, 53 Laird Ave., Youngstown. The menu will consist of baked or fried Icelandic cod, Spanish rice or haluski, macaroni and cheese, french fries, coleslaw, string beans, applesauce, bread, and coffee or tea. XSt. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Youngstown, will sell boil-in-the-bag sweet cabbage or potato with cheese pirogi from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, 3801 Shady Run Road, Youngstown. The fresh or frozen pirogi will be available for walk-in sales only.
XSt. Paul the Apostle Church, Main Street, New Middletown, will sell potato, sweet cabbage and cottage cheese pirogi. Orders can be called to (330) 542-3525 from 7 to 11 a.m. Thursday and Friday. Frozen pirogi also will be available. No walk-in orders will be accepted. Pickup will be from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday.
XSt. Stanislaus Church, 430 Williamson Ave., Youngstown, will sell potato, kraut and cottage cheese pirogi. Advance orders will be taken at (330) 747-3024 from 8:30 to 11 a.m. Thursday and 8 to 2 Friday, based upon availability. The cost is $3.50 a dozen potato and kraut and $4 for cottage cheese. Lunches will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday. Patrons are asked to provide their own containers and use the side entrance.
