Mines Elementary School, Howland -- is where Howland Athletic Club will register baseball and softball players ages 6-18 on Feb. 19 and Feb. 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and Feb. 21 and Feb. 28 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. A birth certificate is required.
