Checks: Make payable to the "Troy Carter Fund." Will benefit the family of the father of four slain Jan. 18.Donations can be mailed to the Edinboro Giant Eagle, 606 Erie St., or the Community National Bank, 2123 Plum St., Edinboro, Pa. 16412.The money will help with funeral, legal and hospital bills and help support Carter's family, likely through the eventual establishment of a trust fund.
