Purdue jolts Penn State for 15th

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- David Teague scored 14 points to lead four Boilermakers in double figures, and Purdue held off a second-half rally to beat Penn State 62-47 on Wednesday.
The Boilermakers (15-6, 5-3 Big Ten) never trailed, but were tied twice in the second half, the last time at 36-all at the 12-minute mark. But Purdue went on a 13-5 run to lead 49-41 with 5:58 remaining.
Ivan Kartelo finished with 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Brett Buscher and Brandon McKnight each scored 12. Austin Parkinson had a career high 12 assists.
Aaron Johnson tied a career high with 20 points and had 12 rebounds, but was the only Nittany Lion (9-10, 3-5) to score in double figures.
Wisconsin 80, Minnesota 66
MADISON, Wis. -- Devin Harris scored a career-high 38 points for No. 14 Wisconsin (15-3, 6-1 Big Ten). Mike Wilkinson added 15 points and Zach Morley 14 for the Badgers, who were without starting guard Maurice "Boo" Wade after his suspension following an assault charge. The Golden Gophers (8-12, 0-8) got 24 points and eight rebounds from freshman Kris Humphries.
Michigan St. 89, Iowa 72
EAST LANSING, Mich. -- Paul Davis scored 19 points and Tom Izzo won his 200th game at Michigan State (11-8, 6-2 Big Ten). Iowa's Jeff Horner and Pierre Pierce each scored 21 for the Hawkeyes (11-8, 4-4 Big Ten). Kelvin Torbert scored 18 for the Spartans.
