Kaglics mark golden jubilee at reception

XYOUNGSTOWN -- A reception was held Jan. 3 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield in celebration of the 50th wedding anniversary of John and Dorothy Kaglic of McCollum Road.
The couple renewed their wedding vows that day at Mahoning United Methodist Church.
Hosts for the reception were the couple's children and their spouses, Michael and Tracie Kaglic of Youngstown; Leslie and Matt Legge of Washington, Pa.; Sharon and Charles Cosma of Dumfries, Va.; John Kaglic of Youngstown; William and Lori Kaglic of Hartville; and Richard and Laura Kaglic of Aurora, Ill. Seventeen grandchildren complete their family.
The Kaglics were married Jan. 4, 1954, at First Methodist Church in Fort Wayne, Ind. He retired in 1996 after 39 years of service as a machinist and inspector for United Foundries Inc. He also served in the military police unit of the U.S. Air Force from 1949 to 1952.
Mrs. Kaglic was a business writer, columnist and copy editor for The Business Journal prior to retiring in 1995.
