DRAIN CLEARING: Workers from the Youngstown Waste Water Department were called out this morning to clear drains on the Madison Avenue Expressway on the city's North Side. The ice-blocked drains caused water to back up on the road. Above, worker Dom Modarelli shovels debris off the side of the road.
