Campaigning for levy
WARREN -- A group of city workers and residents, chaired by Miriam Fife, is kicking off a campaign, "Fire and Police for a Safer City," in support of the 0.5-percent safety forces levy on the March 2 ballot with a fund-raiser.
A spaghetti dinner is set from 6-9 tonight at the Golden Gate Restaurant, 2186 Parkman Road. Tickets are $10 and may be bought at the door.
