* It's Clutch time. Heavy rock band Clutch returns to play at Nyabinghi, 1229 Salt Springs Road, Youngstown. Clutch's new CD is titled "Live at the Googolplex." Special guests will be Mastodon and Nebula, the latter of which plays electric blues and psychedelic rock.
* W.D. Packard Concert Band will play "Music for Presidents" at 3 p.m. in Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Ave. N.W., Warren. Admission is free. Besides "Presidents March" and "Salute to the Chief," soloist Brenda Best will be featured during "Rocking for Piccolo" and Russell Girt and Albert Colella will perform Mendelssohn's "Concert Piece for Two Clarinets."

* Winter time is the right time for "Sno-Core Tour 2004," featuring modern rock bands Trapt, Smile Empty Soul, Finger Eleven and Strata. This March 15 concert will be at Struthers Field House. Get tickets for $15 beginning Monday through the local promoter, The Cellar nightclub (www.TheCellarRocks.com). Trapt, Smile Empty Soul and Strata also will perform March 26 at Agora Theatre, Cleveland; get those tickets Friday through Ticketmaster.
* Tickets go on sale Monday for Jim Henson's "Bear in the Big Blue House" shows at Powers Auditorium, Youngstown. The 90-minute show features singing and dancing as Bear plans a surprise birthday party for his friend, Tutter. Shows will be at 7 p.m. March 18; 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. March 19; 10:30 a.m., 2 and 5:30 p.m. March 20; and 1 and 4:30 p.m. March 21. Call (330) 744-0264 or Ticketmaster.
* Singers Kenny Lattimore, Chante Moore and Dottie Peoples are in the cast of "What Men Don't Tell," a gospel musical about relationships and commitment at 8 p.m. Monday in Powers Auditorium. Tickets are $25.50 and $27.50. Buy them at the Powers box office or at some local businesses.

* Fat Tuesday will be filled with the sounds of Penn-Ohio Polka Pals' second annual Paczki Queen Contest and dance at 7 p.m. Feb. 24 at Kuzman's, South State Street in Girard.
