YOUNGSTOWN MODEL: The proposed downtown Youngstown arena is modeled on a similar building, Dodge Arena in Hidalgo, Texas, above, which opened recently. Mayor George McKelvey expects exterior changes will be made to make the building distinctive to Youngstown.
