TCM's "31 Days of Oscar" used to fit neatly into March, but this year the Academy Awards have been moved up to Feb. 29. Tonight's category is best original screenplay, for which "Sleepless in Seattle," (8 p.m., TCM) credited to Nora Ephron, David S. Ward and Jeff Arch, was a 1994 nominee.
In the earliest finale of this current season, "Ed" (9 p.m., NBC), the title character, and longtime love Carol walk down the aisle but not without a hitch -- literally. Will they love happily ever after? Only the network knows for sure. Let's hope no cliffhangers are involved as there are no guarantees for next year.
