Susan Metro, Raymond Tobin announce troth



XSusan E. Metro, 252 Fox Run Lane, Carthage, N.C., and Raymond Tobin, North Charleston, S.C., are announcing their engagement.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows during an open ceremony they have planned for 5 p.m. June 12 at Tabernacle Evangelical Church in Austintown. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna.
The bride-elect is a daughter of the late Millard and Margaret Daisher. Parents of the future groom are Donald and Dorothy Tobin of Albany, N.Y.
A nurse and in-service educator with Liberty Home Care Inc. of Wilmington, N.C., the future bride holds a bachelor's degree in education from Youngstown State University and graduated from Maria College in Albany with an associate in nursing. She has been a captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserves for 23 years.
Her fiance graduated from Russell Sage College in Albany with a master's degree in biology and education. He is a teacher at North Charleston High School.
