NEW PUPILS Registrations, meetings

Below are dates of registrations and/or information meetings for pupils entering the following schools or districts in fall 2004.
GIRARD -- Kindergarten registration, 9:30 a.m.-noon and 1:15-2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Feb. 17-20, at Prospect Elementary School; park in the Forsythe Visitor lot. Children must be 5 years old by Sept. 30 and have immunizations. Required are completed registration packet (packets are available at the Girard library, Prospect school or the Superintendent's office), child's birth certificate and immunization record, child and parent Social Security numbers, proof of residency, child's applicable TANF, food stamp or Medicaid numbers, and applicable custody documents. Children need not be present.
MAPLEWOOD SCHOOLS -- Kindergarten registration is next week; registration packets are available in the elementary school office from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and until 9 p.m. Thursday. Required are birth certificate, immunization records, Social Security card and custody papers. Call (330) 583-2321.
STRUTHERS -- Kindergarten registration, 8 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. Feb. 17-20, at the board of education office, 99 Euclid Ave. Children must be 5 on or before Sept. 30. Required are the child's birth certificate, record of required immunizations, Social Security number, three proofs of residency and applicable custody papers.
