Event will benefit Someplace Safe

HOWLAND -- Someplace Safe Inc. will sponsor a "Just Dessert" fund-raiser and silent auction from 6 to 9 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Grand Pavilion at Opus Twenty One.
Hostess for the event will be Susan DeLeo of WFMJ TV-21.
Tickets are $25 each and may be obtained by contacting Danette Palmer at (330) 393-3003. They also will be available at the door.
A variety of desserts will be offered along with many items for the silent auction.
Someplace Safe is a private nonprofit agency in Warren that provides 24-hour emergency shelter and crisis intervention to women and their dependent children who are victims of domestic violence.
